Android MDM — Device Setup

Enrolls this device as a managed device over USB.
This installer needs WebUSB, which works in Chrome, Edge or another Chromium browser on a computer (not on a phone, and not in Firefox or Safari). Please open this page there.

Set up this device in a few minutes

Connect the device to this computer with a USB cable, and this page does the rest — installs the app and activates management. Nothing about your device is uploaded to us; it all happens between this page and the device over USB.

First, turn on USB debugging

On the device, do these once — then come back and continue.

  1. Open Settings → About phone and tap Build number seven times, until it says “You are now a developer”.
  2. Go to Settings → System → Developer options and turn on USB debugging.
  3. Plug the device into this computer with a USB cable.
  4. When the device asks about USB debugging, tap Allow (tick “Always allow” so it doesn’t ask again).

Please remove all accounts before installing

Device Owner can only be set with no accounts signed in. We’ve opened the Accounts screen on the device — remove every account listed below, then tap re-check.

Done — the device is now managed. The app is installed and active as Device Owner, and the enforcement service is on. Enter the license key on the device to finish enrollment.
